Wickham Works MakerSpace Fall 2021 Workshops

COSTUME DESIGN AND BUILD Do you have a unique costume idea that you can't order from Amazon? Or maybe you'd like to alter something you already have to make it work for you?

Join us in this 4-week workshop where you'll have the opportunity to design and build a costume and props of your own. In the MakerSpace you'll find materials, tools, and assistance in making your ideas wearable. You may be working with cardboard, foam, fabric, wire, paint, beads, wood, found materials- anything, really!

No skills required, just come prepared with one or two ideas. Bring friends – group costume ideas welcome! (Max 6 kids per group)

$125 for 4 weeks + $25 Materials fee

Ages 9 & up: Tuesdays 4:30 to 6:00 pm (9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19)
Ages 6-8: Thursdays 4:30 to 6:00 pm (9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21)

FALL THEMED FAMILY CRAFT Ages 18 mos and up with caregiver. Bring your little ones to make art in this 4 week class designed with their age in mind. Your child may be the type to bring home a completed craft each week, or maybe they'll spend their time exploring the various materials offered. Either way, they'll engage in art and increase their sensory learning experiences in a fun and social environment. Please dress to get messy! (max 8 kids)

$80 for 4 weeks + $20 materials fee
Tuesdays 10:00 to 11:00 am (9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19)
