For the first time at Winslow, we are combining two of our classes to create the ultimate night of relaxation and restoration for both body and mind. We will begin with a shortened sound bath to promote rest and relaxation, followed by Trish English’s incredibly effective evening yoga flow, ending with another sound bath to tie it all together.
