Fishing

Fishing provides a connection with the whole living world and gives you an opportunity to be totally immersed, turning back into yourself in a good way. From April 1 through October 15, it’s open season in New York State for freshwater fishing, and the Warwick Valley has many wonderful watering holes to try. So get your license, and the worms, and head out to one of these nearby lakes.
