The Warwick Valley Chorale will be celebrating their 81st Anniversary Spring Concert entitled “Americana: A History in Song".

Gwyneth Walker's arrangement of Down to the River to Pray, premiered by the Warwick Valley Chorale in December 2015, will be on the program for WVC's May 2022 concerts.
In addition, the WVC is proud to announce that a new work by Dr. Walker is also on the program: The Wings of a Dove. This piece based on a poem by Caroline Goodenough is "dedicated to the memory of Stanley Curtis (1933-2020), friend, and Music Director of the Warwick Valley Chorale. Stanley devoted his life to music. Surely, his final journey was on the wings of song." They are especially pleased that Dr. Walker will be attending the concert on May 22 at St. Stephen RC Church in Warwick.
