Sauce master Frank Puccio will lead this hands on workshop from cleaning, cutting , stewing and canning fresh garden tomatoes to create your own marinara sauce!
You will leave with written instructions and recipe, a jar of homemade sauce and enjoy a plate of pasta with marinara sauce at the end of this 2 hr workshop.
Donation of $50 per person with all proceeds going to Grow Local Greenwood Lake.
