Sisterhood Ceremonies is their studio’s version of a women's circle. They devote these sessions to conscious ritual and collective meditation to help uplift each other and shift the energies around and within.

Their salt bowl ceremonies are led by medicine woman, Jenni DeLillo. The intention for this month's salt bowl ceremony is Spring emergence! They'll be collectively fusing a bowl of bath salts with herbs, oils, and the energy of renewal to help us re-awaken fresh and clear this season.
Bring a journal and an herb, flower, oil, or other organic material that is safe to apply topically. Also, bring a glass jar or container so you can take their salt mixture home with you for an at-home bathe and/or ritual.
Women are the ones that forge a path toward true connection, intimacy, and acceptance. As women, we have the power to create this for ourselves and our community. When women intentionally gather, it gives life to an atmosphere of connection that reverberates far and wide.
