Kevin DeFeo is a northwest NJ based singer/songwriter in the Country/Americana/Honk Tonk genre. He is a NJ native with deep southern roots. Kevin's songwriting style has been described as heartfelt, truthful storytelling with a healthy dose of wit and humor. His work is presented in a relaxed style where the lyrics are heard and understood.
He writes about real life topics such as heartache, patriotism, relationships, whisky, working and remembrance. His influences include Merle Haggard, Jamey Johnson, Cody Jinks, Ward Davis, Ray Scott, Waylon Jennings and Hank Williams Sr. among a variety of classic country, bluegrass, outlaw country and Americana artists.
