Take your workout on the water!
A full-body workout that will challenge every muscle thru core, balance, cardio, and strength exercises, with some added paddle sprints and balance challenges.
All fitness levels welcome. Exercises will be modified as necessary.
Class includes board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD) leash, and anchor.
Must know how to swim. Space is limited. RESERVATION & PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
