The 2021 Greenwood Lake Concert Series welcomes FOREVER YOUNG – one of the area’s premier oldies bands – on August 4, 2021, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.
Forever Young has performed in nightclubs, at high school reunions, “sock hops,” dinner dances, and charity benefits, as well as retirement, birthday, and anniversary parties.
And this group has opened for such groups as Jay Siegel and the Tokens (The Lion Sleeps Tonight) and The Persuasions (world renowned acapella group).
They’ve even played: at a wedding where the mother of the bride wanted music that she and her friends could dance to; for the late doo-wop impresario Ronnie Italiano; and at venues such as the NJ Doo-Wop Association.
Forever Young prides themselves on being true to the doo-wop harmonies and the oldies classics and enjoy their part in keeping this music alive.
