Chef’s Dinner with Shibumi Jones at Drowned Lands Brewery

Drowned Lands will be hosting, an intimate, multi-course dinner with renowned Hudson Valley chef Shibumi Jones.

A wonder at her craft, Kelly Jones is known for her passion for Hudson Valley food culture, sustainable food networks and a human connection to what we eat. Something that The Drowned Lands also cares deeply about and what they consider a local connection to the land.

The multi-course menu will be paired with carefully selected Drowned Lands beers that have been chosen to work in harmony with each plate served through desert.

They have limited this occasion to just 45 seats in our private event space.

Cost per seat will be $150 and tickets are available here.
