Winter is the Water Element in TCM, meaning it's a time to move slower, focus inward, relax and restore your forces. During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to quietly rest in soothing and supported postures, using blankets and other props for support. All postures are done in a passive manner. Discover and experience the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga, helping you to replenish your energy, feel more flow, and cultivate inner harmony.

Jenese has been holding space for our community for years. She is a certified Restorative Yin Yoga teacher and loves yoga for its ability to heal her heart, mind and body. With over 20 years experience as a dance and fitness instructor, she incorporates art and music into her teaching. Jenese holds (2) 200-hour teacher training certificates.
