Warwick Ecumenical Food Pantry

The Warwick Ecumenical Pantry has been in operation for over 30 years. Its organizers recognized that food insecurity is widespread and, for many families, chronic. The goal of the Pantry is to alleviate food insecurity, and the hunger and distress which result. The Pantry, which started in a closet in the pastor’s office, is housed in a room at the back of the Church, and serves hungry people who reside in the Town of Warwick, New York. The only criterion required for an individual or family to receive assistance is a demonstration of residence within the Town of Warwick, coupled with self-assessment of need. There is no other requirement to obtain service.
