As the oldest cidery in New York State, the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery has made and sold cider from real fruit for decades before there was a craft cider industry. In 1994, the Winery & Distillery created Doc’s Cider and their award-winning ciders are rated as one of the five best ciders in the world by The New York Times. Today, their cider is distributed in 28 states and 3 countries.
